Privia Health continued expanding its value-based care platform during the second quarter of 2026, with attributed lives increasing 19.2% year-over-year to approximately 1.647 million as its provider network and profitability also grew.

Implemented Providers increased 10.1% to 5,644 from 5,125. Practice Collections increased 12.4% to $970 million, while Care Margin increased 14.7% to $132.1 million.

Platform Contribution increased 20.1% to $69 million, while Adjusted EBITDA increased 29.1% to $37.4 million from $29 million a year earlier.

Total Q2 revenue increased 21.4% to $632.6 million. Operating income surged 252.9% to $11.8 million, while net income increased 236.7% to $9 million.

The company also raised its full-year guidance across its key financial measures. Privia now expects between 1.625 million and 1.650 million attributed lives at year-end, compared with its initial outlook of 1.550 million to 1.600 million.

Adjusted EBITDA is expected to reach between $145 million and $155 million, up from $125.5 million in 2025. Privia expects approximately 70% to 80% of Adjusted EBITDA to convert into free cash flow for the full year, subject to the timing of MSSP cash settlements.

Notably, the updated guidance does not assume any additional business development activity, leaving potential acquisitions or new partnerships outside the current forecast.

Privia’s network spans 25 states and the District of Columbia and supports more than 1,300 physician practices, more than 5,600 physicians and advanced practitioners, and more than 6.1 million patients.
