Pro Shop plans to invest the capital in digital media, original programming, talent-led franchises, premium live events, competition formats, and social-first content.

The company will also expand its owned media and commerce businesses and pursue strategic acquisitions and partnerships across golf, media, and technology.

Pro Shop reaches more than 35 million unique users across its portfolio and said revenue has doubled year over year.

Its entertainment operations include Pro Shop Studios, which produced Netflix’s Full Swing and co-produced Happy Gilmore 2 and The Hawk.

Pro Shop has also expanded into live competition through the PGA Tour’s Creator Classic and the revived Skins Game.

Its broader portfolio includes GolfWRX, Sugarloaf Social Club, and Paige Co.

The Series B follows Pro Shop’s $20 million Series A in 2024.
