ProCap Financial Acquires CFO Silvia To Expand Agentic Investing Platform

By Amit Chowdhry • Apr 7, 2026

ProCap Financial has completed its acquisition of CFO Silvia, Inc., bringing together a publicly traded agentic finance platform with a fast-scaling artificial intelligence lab focused on financial decision-making.

The combined company now supports more than $30 billion in assets on the Silvia platform and serves thousands of high-net-worth users. Silvia’s technology leverages an “army” of AI agents designed to replicate the work traditionally performed by large financial teams, enabling real-time portfolio analysis, monitoring, and scenario planning across a wide range of asset classes.

Through Silvia’s platform, users can connect diverse holdings, including stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies, real estate, vehicles, collectibles, precious metals, and private investments. The system then deploys proprietary AI agents to deliver personalized insights and continuous financial optimization.

Since launching publicly in May 2025, Silvia has experienced rapid adoption, with users averaging more than $2.5 million in net worth, connecting over 12 accounts each, and showing a 94% engagement rate with AI-driven features.

Anthony Pompliano, Chairman and CEO of ProCap Financial, emphasized that the acquisition reflects a broader shift in finance toward automation and AI-driven intelligence. The company positions itself as the first publicly traded agentic finance firm, aiming to empower independent investors with institutional-grade tools.

Founded in 2025, ProCap Financial has raised more than $750 million from investors and trades on Nasdaq under the ticker BRR. The acquisition of Silvia is expected to deepen its capabilities in AI-powered financial services and expand its reach among affluent, tech-enabled investors.
