The deal is aimed at accelerating Procurement Sciences’ strategy to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end AI platform that supports contractors across the full government contracting lifecycle.
The acquisition integrates Rogue AI’s advanced proposal drafting and workflow automation capabilities into Procurement Sciences’ broader platform, which spans opportunity discovery, capture strategy, proposal development, compliance automation, and delivery intelligence. By combining Rogue AI’s specialized automation tools with Procurement Sciences’ existing infrastructure and customer support model, the company intends to provide contractors with a more seamless and intelligent system from opportunity identification through contract delivery.
According to the company, the combined platform strengthens AI-driven proposal automation, business development and capture workflows, human-in-the-loop drafting systems, and data intelligence tools. The integration is designed to help federal contractors increase win rates, reduce proposal cycle times, improve compliance accuracy, and safeguard contract revenue.
As part of the transaction, Rogue AI founder John Shahawy has joined Procurement Sciences as Head of Product Strategy. In this role, Shahawy will help guide the company’s product roadmap, drawing on his experience in AI-driven content generation, product development, engineering leadership, and deep domain expertise in government contracting.
Procurement Sciences was founded by former government contractors and says its leadership team brings hundreds of years of combined industry experience.
