The deal strengthens PROLIM’s position in Industrial AI, PLM, engineering, and cloud transformation while expanding its capabilities across CRM, data modernization, and agentic AI. Kasmo brings more than 200 consultants and a fast-growing portfolio of enterprise clients across the United States and India.
