Proskauer has appointed Peter Mason as a partner in its Global Finance practice in London, bolstering its European leveraged finance capabilities during a period of growth.
Peter advises lenders, sponsors, and corporations on complex financing structures, including European and U.S.-style Term Loan B, bank/bond, and direct lending transactions. His experience covers leveraged and investment-grade transactions, real estate financing, and restructurings.
Peter’s arrival follows the addition of seven Global Finance partners in London over the past year, including Philip Bowden and Megan Lawrence, among others. The firm has also welcomed U.S.-based partners Blake Gilson and Larry Berkovich, as well as several others.
