Proskauer recently announced the addition of nationally renowned private equity M&A lawyer Sarah Stasny. Stasny is joining the firm as Head of Private Equity Transactions – US, enhancing the strength and depth to the firm’s market-leading private capital offering.
With over two decades of experience, Sarah’s practice focuses on private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with a focus on acquisitions and investments, divestitures, joint ventures, equity financings, and restructurings. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.
Proskauer’s global Private Equity and M&A practice includes over 100 lawyers across the U.S., London, and Paris. And Stasny is a key part of the firm’s investment in private equity and M&A, which has also included the recent hiring of six partners across the firm’s U.S. and London offices.
