Proskauer has welcomed GP Solutions partner Stefan Paulovic to its New York office. Paulovic is a leading advisor in the GP solutions space, bringing extensive expertise in GP stakes and complex asset management transactions.
In his role, he will strengthen the firm’s GP solutions capabilities across various deal types, including asset management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), minority investments, joint ventures, and governance arrangements. Paulovic will collaborate with multiple practice areas, including Private Equity Transactions and Private Credit, and work closely with partners Grant Darwin and Steven Peck to lead the GP solutions practice.
He holds a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.B.A. from INSEAD, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
