Provana has acquired Neostella’s staffing and talent business, including team members in Colombia and the United States. The deal strengthens Provana’s global delivery capabilities and marks a new stage in the ongoing partnership between the two companies. The acquisition is designed to enable both organizations to sharpen their focus on their respective strategic priorities.

Provana, which provides tech-enabled managed services across healthcare revenue cycle management, legal services, and credit and collections, has been expanding its global talent solutions offering. The addition of a nearshore delivery presence in Latin America builds upon its existing capabilities in India, supporting a more connected and coordinated approach to serving clients across multiple regions.

Neostella will now concentrate entirely on advancing its legal technology and SaaS offerings. The company develops tools designed to help law firms operate more efficiently, scale more effectively, and maintain flexibility across their software environments. The shift enables Neostella to continue investing in next-generation legal technology solutions while ensuring that clients maintain freedom of choice and control over their workflows.

Both companies will continue to collaborate to support ongoing client engagements. The transition has already been completed, and both organizations emphasized their commitment to ensuring continuity and supporting employees during the shift.
