PTAG, a leading provider of project consulting, has completed its acquisition of Construct-X, a U.S.-based expert in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Lean Project Delivery, as of June 30, 2025. Construct-X’s tools, methods, and team now integrate with PTAG’s Advanced Project Delivery platform to accelerate digital transformation and operational excellence.
Ted Blackmon, former CEO of Construct-X, has joined PTAG’s Board and team as a Special Advisor. And Fernando Espana now leads PTAG’s global Advanced Project Delivery practice.
Construct-X has been key in AWP deployment for nearly 20 years, helping owners, EPCs, and contractors adopt structured, scalable models that improve field productivity and capital efficiency.
All Construct-X employees have transitioned to PTAG, ensuring seamless service and expanded offerings.
