Publicis Groupe announced the appointment of Javier Campopiano as Chief Creative Officer for Leo Constellation Americas and Iberia. In the role, Campopiano will report to Agathe Bousquet and Marco Venturelli, Global Co-CEOs of Leo Constellation, and will be responsible for advancing the network’s creative excellence across the Americas and Iberia.
Campopiano will work closely with leadership teams throughout the regions, overseeing creative output for international and regional clients while helping attract, develop, and retain top creative talent. The appointment is part of Leo Constellation’s broader effort to strengthen creativity as a driver of business transformation across key global markets.
Campopiano most recently served as Global Chief Creative Officer at Omnicom Advertising. The move marks his return to Publicis Groupe, where he previously held the role of Chief Creative Officer for Saatchi & Saatchi U.S. and Latin America.
Throughout his career, Campopiano has built a reputation for developing creative ideas that generate both business results and cultural impact. His work has been recognized by leading industry organizations, including Cannes Lions, The ANDY Awards, The One Show, Clio, LIA, ANA, and D&AD.
