Pudu Robotics, a global leader in commercial service robotics, announced that it has raised nearly $150 million in a new funding round, pushing its valuation above $1.5 billion. The latest raise brings the company’s cumulative funding to more than $300 million, underscoring strong investor confidence in its technology, scalability, and global market position.
The company plans to deploy the new capital to accelerate development of embodied AI technologies, expand its product portfolio, and strengthen global market penetration. Additional investments will focus on scaling manufacturing capacity and enhancing supply chain capabilities, positioning the company for continued growth and future capital market milestones.
Pudu Robotics has established itself as one of the fastest-growing players in the commercial service robotics sector. In 2025, the company achieved 100% year-over-year revenue growth, driven largely by its commercial cleaning segment, which now accounts for more than 70% of total revenue. Its industrial delivery robots have also seen rapid adoption, with over 4,000 units shipped within a year of launch.
The company’s global footprint continues to expand, with deployments across major international brands such as Carrefour, Walmart, and EDEKA. According to Frost & Sullivan’s 2023 market research on global commercial service robotics, Pudu Robotics holds a 23% global market share, ranking first worldwide and maintaining leadership in international deployments.
Headquartered in Shenzhen, with research and development centers in Chengdu and Hong Kong, Pudu Robotics focuses on full-stack innovation across key technologies, including navigation algorithms, multi-robot coordination, motion control systems, and integrated joint modules.
