Pursuit Aerospace Acquires Creasey Castings And Expands Aerospace Casting Capacity

Pursuit Aerospace has completed its acquisition of Creasey Castings Limited and announced additional investments intended to expand its aerospace casting capabilities in the U.K. and Tunisia.

Pursuit completed the Creasey Castings transaction on August 11, 2026.

The acquisition represents Pursuit’s sixth acquisition since 2023.

Creasey Castings is a U.K.-based sandcasting specialist with more than 35 years of experience producing precision magnesium and aluminum castings for demanding applications.

The company’s facility is located adjacent to Pursuit’s existing sandcasting foundry in Sittingbourne.

Pursuit said the acquisition adds capacity at a time when aerospace magnesium sandcasting availability is constrained.

Creasey brings a skilled workforce, broad alloy capabilities and in-house simulation, heat treatment and non-destructive testing capabilities.

The operation will be integrated with Pursuit’s existing Sittingbourne business, with additional investments planned across the combined operation.

Pursuit has also begun a substantial expansion of its aerospace casting operation in Tunis, Tunisia.

The project, which began September 3, adds a third building to the company’s existing footprint and will increase total square footage by approximately 40%.

After completion, the Tunis operation is expected to occupy more than 140,000 square feet and employ more than 1,000 people.

The site specializes in nickel- and cobalt-based investment castings for aeroengine manufacturers.

Pursuit plans to use the expansion to add furnace and shell-line capacity, accommodate new programs and insource additional post-casting machining and special processing.

Completion is expected during the second half of 2027.
