Pursuit Aerospace – a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components – announced it has completed the strategic acquisitions of both Prescott Precision Die and Merc Aerospace.
Launched in 1984, Prescott Precision is an Arizona-based manufacturer of tight-tolerance turbine engine components for the aerospace and defense industry. Prescott’s advanced machining capabilities are supported by a wide range of services, including heat treatment and non-destructive testing.
Launched in 1970, Merc is a UK-based provider of precision machining services for the aerospace and defense and power generation industries. Merc’s machining capabilities are supported by a wide range of services, including CMM inspection and plating.
