PVH Appoints Alexis Rollier As Chief Financial Officer

PVH Corp. has appointed Alexis Rollier as chief financial officer, effective in early September 2026, adding an experienced global retail and finance executive to the leadership team behind Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

Rollier will lead PVH’s worldwide finance organization and oversee the company’s financial planning, performance management and strategic financial decision-making across its international operations.

He will join the PVH Executive Leadership Team and report directly to CEO Stefan Larsson.

Rollier brings more than 30 years of experience spanning finance, operations, digital commerce, supply chain and omnichannel retail. He joins PVH from Sephora, where he has served as global chief operating officer and global chief financial officer since 2018.

Sephora is part of luxury goods group LVMH and operates a large international network of physical stores and digital commerce platforms.

During his 14-year tenure with Sephora, Rollier helped scale the beauty retailer globally while improving profitability and operational performance.

His background combines traditional financial leadership with direct responsibility for business operations, an increasingly important combination for consumer companies managing stores, e-commerce platforms, supply chains and rapidly changing customer behavior.

At PVH, Rollier will be responsible for connecting the company’s brand and consumer strategies with disciplined financial planning and execution.

PVH is working to expand the long-term potential of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, its two largest global brands.

The company believes Rollier’s experience managing multibrand and omnichannel businesses will help it balance growth investments with profitability and shareholder returns.

Rollier has lived and worked in both the United States and Europe and has led teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

That international experience is particularly relevant for PVH, which operates in more than 40 countries and must balance global brand consistency with local consumer preferences, distribution strategies and market conditions.

Before becoming Sephora’s global COO and CFO, Rollier served in several senior roles at the company.

These positions included chief financial officer for Europe and the Middle East and chief financial officer and senior vice president of operations for the Americas.

In those roles, he helped lead business transformation initiatives and build capabilities across digital commerce, e-commerce and supply chain operations.

These areas remain central to the strategies of global apparel companies as consumers move between online and physical shopping channels.

Retailers must coordinate inventory, pricing, marketing and customer experiences across stores, websites and mobile platforms while managing costs and product availability.

Rollier’s operational experience could help PVH evaluate investments in technology, distribution, digital growth and supply chain efficiency alongside traditional financial priorities.

Earlier in his career, Rollier served as global chief financial officer of luxury fragrance and cosmetics company Guerlain.

He also held senior finance roles at Kingfisher and LVMH and began his career at professional services firm Arthur Andersen.

Rollier earned an MBA from ESSEC Business School.

He will succeed Melissa Stone, PVH’s executive vice president of global financial planning and analysis, who has served as interim chief financial officer since January 1, 2026.

Stone will work with Rollier to support the leadership transition and will continue overseeing PVH’s global financial planning and analysis function.

She will report to Rollier after he joins the company.

The FP&A organization plays a central role in forecasting, budgeting, performance measurement and helping business leaders evaluate financial and operational decisions.

Maintaining Stone’s leadership in that function is expected to provide continuity as Rollier assumes broader responsibility for PVH’s finance organization.

The appointment comes as PVH continues executing its strategy to strengthen the global positioning, consumer relevance and financial performance of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

As CFO, Rollier will help determine how the company allocates capital across brand marketing, product development, store investments, digital capabilities, supply chain improvements and shareholder initiatives.

He will also be responsible for supporting financial discipline as PVH navigates currency fluctuations, regional economic conditions, changing consumer demand and competitive pressures across the fashion industry.

PVH has operated for more than 140 years and has developed Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger into globally recognized lifestyle brands.

The company’s international scale provides significant growth opportunities, but it also requires careful coordination across regional teams, distribution partners and sales channels.

Rollier’s experience at Sephora is expected to help PVH connect global strategy with local market execution while maintaining a consistent focus on profitable growth.
