PwC announced it has invested further in its Deals practice by appointing Jamie Peel as Director in its Lead Advisory team. Peel will lead the special situations and restructuring M&A offerings across the North of England, working as an integrated part of PwC’s national team in this area.
Peel joined PwC from Zeus Capital, where, as corporate finance director, he was responsible for complex M&A transactions covering a range of sectors and transaction types. Peel is a specialist in public company M&A and takeover code transactions, advising boards, bidders, and vendors on various high-profile takeovers, reverse takeovers, and bolt-on M&As. He brings over 10 years of experience working in deals.
Peel will be based in PwC’s Manchester office.
