pWin.ai, an AI proposal-writing copilot built with Shipley best practices inside, announced it has raised $10 million in a seed funding round led by MicroStrategy co-founder Sanju Bansal, members of the Blue Delta Capital team, and other Government Contracting (GovCon) industry leaders. This funding will advance pWin.ai’s product innovation, customer growth, and market expansion.
Created in partnership with Shipley Associates, pWin.ai’s RFP product integrates gold-standard proposal methodologies into every draft, aligning structure and strategy with evaluator expectations. And it has proven to reduce the time needed to get to a high-quality Pink draft by 80% and improve win rates by as much as 20%.
Launched in 2024, pWin.ai is already streamlining the proposal processes at leading enterprises, Parsons and Astrion, and fast-growing small and mid-sized companies such as CRL Technologies and Applied Information Services (AIS).
pWin.ai’s newest product release extends the same focus on efficiency to RFI and questionnaire responses, helping its customers respond to RFIs faster, more efficiently, and effectively without over-relying on billable subject-matter experts.
