QCraft, a global leader in autonomous driving AI, announced the completion of a $100 million Series D funding round as it accelerates development of physical-world AI and expands its global mobility footprint.

The round was backed by a consortium of investors, including Ningbo Ninghai Xingtaihe Fund, Wonderland Capital, and Liangxi Science and Innovation Industry Investment Fund Partnership, as well as strategic investors from a leading OEM and an automotive electronics components supplier.

The company said the proceeds will be directed toward two primary priorities. First, QCraft will advance frontier research and development in physical AI, with a focus on world models and reinforcement learning. Second, it will strengthen its organizational capabilities and expand its global talent pipeline.

The funding comes as QCraft scales both its commercial deployment and technological capabilities. Its QPilot intelligent driving system has now been deployed in more than one million vehicles across nearly 30 production models through partnerships with close to 10 top-tier OEMs. The company expects to expand its technology, including urban Navigate on Autopilot capabilities, into more than 50 additional vehicle models in 2026.

QCraft’s QPilot Pro system, which delivers urban NOA performance on a single 128 TOPS chip, has attracted significant industry attention and contributed to the company’s positioning as a leading player in autonomous driving AI.

Beyond advanced driver assistance systems, QCraft is continuing to push toward Level 4 autonomy and broader physical-world AI applications. Its world model and reinforcement learning platform is expected to debut publicly in the near term, marking a key step toward general-purpose AI systems capable of operating in real-world environments.

In autonomous logistics, the company has established itself as a major player by deploying commercial vehicles in multiple Chinese cities, including Jinhua, Wuhu, and Ningbo, under an “operations from day one of production” model. In robotaxis, QCraft plans to launch a pilot program in 2026, with full-scale deployment targeted for 2027.

Founded in 2019 in Silicon Valley, QCraft develops autonomous driving solutions spanning L2++ to L4 for global automakers, combining deep integration with vehicle platforms and large-scale real-world validation to advance safe and scalable autonomy.

KEY QUOTE:

“2026 marks a critical inflection point in AI development. We are transitioning from ‘human-like’ intelligence to superhuman intelligence. Over the next five to ten years, the greatest opportunities in AI will emerge in the physical world—and that is precisely what makes autonomous driving so exciting. It is the best and most direct gateway into physical-world AI.”
