QinetiQ US: Tracy Gee Named As Chief People Officer

QinetiQ US has appointed Tracy Gee as Chief People Officer, adding more than three decades of human resources and organizational development expertise as the company continues to expand its presence across the defense and national security sectors.

In her new role, Gee will oversee QinetiQ’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational culture, and workforce engagement to support the company’s rapid U.S. growth. Her leadership will play a critical role in advancing QinetiQ’s mission to deliver innovative defense, security, and intelligence solutions to government and commercial clients.

Gee most recently served as Chief People Officer at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where she led HR strategy, talent transformation, and leadership development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership positions at major organizations, including Raytheon, Liberty Mutual, and Fidelity Investments, where she guided large-scale organizational change and talent-optimization initiatives.

Her appointment took effect on October 14, 2025, marking a key milestone in QinetiQ’s ongoing expansion under its Special Security Agreement (SSA) with the U.S. government. The company continues to strengthen its leadership team and operational capabilities as it grows its footprint in critical national security domains.
