Qorelo announced that it has raised $3.5 million in funding just five months after launching, as the company seeks to help enterprises modernize legacy SAP environments and build the foundation for broader AI adoption.

Founded by Nicholas Torabi and his team, Qorelo is focused on bringing artificial intelligence into the core systems that large organizations rely on. Rather than building standalone AI applications, the company is targeting the complex challenge of integrating AI capabilities into enterprise software stacks, beginning with SAP.

According to Qorelo, its platform enables partners and customers to migrate from legacy SAP ECC systems to SAP S/4HANA up to 45% faster across the transformation cycle, reducing implementation times and accelerating time-to-value. The company believes that modernizing SAP infrastructure is a critical prerequisite for deploying both SAP’s native AI tools and third-party AI solutions that require deep integration with enterprise systems.

Following the migration process, Qorelo continues to support customers by integrating AI technologies and optimizing enterprise architectures to enable systems that can improve proactively over time.

The company said the new capital will allow it to expand its capabilities and scale operations. Qorelo is currently hiring across engineering, product, growth, and other functions as it looks to deepen its presence in the enterprise AI market.

Qorelo’s investors include Antler, caesar., 10x Founders, HPI Ventures, adesso ventures, Angel Invest, and a number of additional backers.

KEY QUOTES:

“What I ended up realizing is that 99% of the people I know are building new AI products. But the harder problem, the one we picked, is getting them underneath the stack, into the systems large enterprises actually run on.”

“Our product moves partners from legacy SAP (ECC) to S/4HANA up to 45% faster across the cycle, cutting time-to-value.”

“Once the transformation lands, that becomes the foundation for real innovation on top of SAP, whether through SAP’s own AI offerings or third-party tools that have to plug into SAP to work.”

“That’s where Qorelo keeps helping: integrating them and continuously optimising toward a modern architecture that proactively improves itself.”
