Quad-C Management Invests In Paradigm HSE To Accelerate Safety Services Platform Growth

Quad-C Management has made an investment in Paradigm HSE, a provider of health and safety services to industrial customers across North America. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Paradigm was formed through the combination of Code Red Safety, Concept Controls and HazTek and operates a technology-focused platform spanning technical safety services, safety management and safety equipment distribution.

The Houston-based company employs approximately 700 people serving customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Paradigm’s existing executive management team will remain in place and retain significant ownership in the company following the transaction.

Quad-C plans to support Paradigm’s growth through additional capital for organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Paradigm provides safety and health staffing, training, consulting, technical safety services, and equipment distribution and rental across safety, environmental and industrial hygiene applications.

Quad-C has invested $5.3 billion across 92 platform companies and more than 425 add-on acquisitions since its founding in 1989.

Harris Williams served as financial advisor to Paradigm, while Stifel advised Quad-C on the transaction.
