Qualitate announced it has raised $7 million in seed funding led by IA Ventures and Crew Capital, with participation from angel investors including Tony Berkman, Travis May, Matt Levin, and advisors Alex Zukin and Brian Lichtenberger. The funding will support the company’s mission to automate decision-making workflows, from initial research questions to final recommendations, using artificial intelligence.
Qualitate is building an AI-native primary intelligence platform designed to transform how investment and corporate strategy teams gather and analyze expert insights. Traditionally, these workflows require significant manual coordination, including scheduling expert calls and synthesizing fragmented data sources, often taking weeks to produce results.
The company replaces this process with an AI Moderator that conducts expert discussions at scale, interviewing thousands of experts simultaneously each month. These conversations generate structured, time-series intelligence on more than 10,000 public and private companies, allowing users to query insights instantly using natural language.
At the core of the platform is a rapidly growing transcript library, with more than 350,000 minutes of AI-moderated expert discussions and over 120,000 questions asked to experts. Each interaction helps train the system, creating a compounding data advantage that enhances future outputs and supports increasingly sophisticated AI-driven research workflows.
Qualitate reports significant traction, including 30x revenue growth over the past 12 months, a 100 percent customer renewal rate, and more than 200 percent net revenue retention. The platform is used by large enterprises, hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and credit investors to inform high-stakes decisions such as competitive analysis, market entry, and investment validation.
The company is also developing AI agents that can take a research query from inception to recommendation, integrating directly into existing enterprise tools and enabling customers to incorporate proprietary data into their decision-making processes.
