Qualys, a leading provider of cloud-based IT, security, and compliance solutions, has announced the appointment of Bradford L. Brooks to its Board of Directors. Brooks, who brings more than three decades of experience in technology leadership, will serve on the Board’s nominating and governance committee.
Brooks’ appointment strengthens the company’s governance depth and aligns with its strategic growth initiatives as it continues to expand the capabilities of its Enterprise TruRisk Platform. His background includes CEO roles at both Censys and OneLogin, as well as senior leadership positions at DocuSign, Juniper Networks, and Microsoft. He has also served on the boards of ARC Document Solutions and WeTransfer, bringing valuable cross-industry experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, and enterprise software.
Qualys Chairman Jeff Hank highlighted Brooks’ ability to build culture while achieving operational results, noting his experience leading and scaling global organizations. Qualys President and CEO Sumedh Thakar emphasized that Brooks’ operational and execution-focused expertise will support the company’s continued innovation and customer success.
Brooks, a seasoned technology executive with expertise in AI and enterprise software, holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from California State University, Chico, and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
