Quantum Rise, an AI consultancy and product development firm, has acquired Brazil-based data science and engineering company Dhauz to expand its global delivery footprint and deepen technical capabilities across AI, data, and automation. The deal will bring the combined organization to more than 100 employees, serving customers across North America, Europe, and South America, with work spanning healthcare, construction, consumer, and private equity-backed portfolios.
The acquisition adds Dhauz’s engineering and analytics strengths in data architecture, integration, data science, agent-based AI, and customized decision-support systems. A central piece of the deal is InsightStudio®, Dhauz’s proprietary methodology for prioritizing analytics and automation use cases and translating them into deployed solutions with measurable outcomes tracked against targets. Quantum Rise said InsightStudio® fits directly into its Consulting 2.0 approach, which emphasizes a “products-not-projects” model aimed at building continuously improving tools rather than one-time deliverables.
As part of the integration, Dhauz CEO Fabio Ferraretto will join Quantum Rise as chief operating officer, reporting to Quantum Rise founder and CEO Alex Kelleher. Kelleher said the combination strengthens Quantum Rise’s ability to help clients move faster from AI strategy to implementation while measuring business impact over time. Ferraretto said joining Quantum Rise expands the reach of Dhauz’s decision-support methodology while increasing depth for existing customers.
