Chargo is a member of the Corporate Group in Madison, Wisconsin, advising on mergers and acquisitions and serving as outside general counsel.
His clients include private equity firms, private equity-backed businesses, ESOP-owned businesses and privately held family companies across healthcare, manufacturing and services.
Manion is a Milwaukee-based member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group focused on complex commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder and other business litigation.
Mazyck is a Health & Life Sciences attorney in Indianapolis advising pharmacies, drug distributors and manufacturers, practitioner groups, home infusion providers and other healthcare businesses on acquisitions, strategic transactions and regulatory issues.
Oesch is a Milwaukee litigation attorney whose practice includes appellate matters, class action defense, insurance coverage and intellectual property disputes.
Pflum is a Madison-based Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditor’s Rights attorney whose work includes business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships and workouts.
Rosso, based in Milwaukee, represents electric and natural gas utilities before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and handles environmental and other complex disputes.
Sagedahl is a Minneapolis Health & Life Sciences lawyer advising healthcare businesses on licensing, government program enrollment, business formation and regulatory compliance.
VanBerg, a Product Liability attorney in Madison, defends companies against product liability and personal injury claims and advises manufacturers on warnings and safety practices.
Wischmeier is a Tampa-based Litigation & Dispute Resolution attorney and member of Quarles’ team of native and fluent German-speaking lawyers. Her work encompasses contracts, business torts, professional liability and class actions.
