Queen One has raised $25 million in new financing to scale its AI-powered commerce technology platform, expand its commercial organization, launch an advertising business, and pursue potential acquisitions across commerce and marketing technology. Investors include Mercury Fund, Full In, Connecticut Innovations, CP Overture, Charge Ventures, Inspired Capital, and existing investors.
The new financing brings Queen One’s total external venture investment and performance-based incentives to more than $37.5 million.
Queen One was founded by former Wunderkind executives Ryan Urban and Maricor Resente.
The company describes its core product as a fully AI-governed Commerce CRM connecting identity recognition, product intelligence, creative intelligence, customer relationship management, advertising and consumer experiences within a single platform.
Queen One says its system uses more than 30 specialized AI models and algorithmic decision-making to personalize experiences for individual consumers.
A portion of the new capital is being reserved for potential acquisitions of commerce and marketing technology assets, including technology, client contracts and teams.
The company is particularly interested in assets where ownership changes, restructurings or reduced investment create opportunities to migrate customers onto Queen One.
Queen One is also launching a Transition Program aimed at brands moving away from legacy commerce platforms.
The program includes free data migration, waived implementation fees and a 24-month price lock.
Queen One says its standard pricing can be 50% to 75% below legacy platform pricing, while also making substantial performance claims around customer revenue improvements. Those figures represent company claims rather than independently verified results.
The company is simultaneously launching a new advertising business led by Andres Moran, the former head of Wunderkind’s advertising business.
Queen One said it has signed more than 300 launch partners since its first institutional financing round just over a year ago.
The company has expanded to more than 140 employees and opened a 30,000-square-foot headquarters called the Rise and Fly Vision Centre in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Queen One is now opening another 44 positions spanning commerce sales, advertising sales, client growth, marketing and engineering.
The financing gives the company additional capital to expand its commercial infrastructure while pursuing its strategy of consolidating more commerce, marketing and advertising capabilities onto an AI-native platform.
