Radial has acquired the management services organization supporting Mindful Health Solutions, creating a combined management platform supporting what the company describes as the nation’s largest network of brain medicine clinics.
The expanded network includes 27 clinics and more than 100 clinicians and initially focuses on advanced treatments for high-acuity mental health conditions.
Treatments offered across the network include neuromodulation approaches such as transcranial magnetic stimulation, rapid-acting medications including Spravato and other interventional therapies.
Radial also plans to support psychedelic medicine treatments in the future as those approaches progress.
The network treats conditions including major depressive disorder, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, suicidality and tardive dyskinesia.
RadialOS, the company’s AI-enabled operating system, helps clinicians match patients to treatments, coordinate care and track outcomes.
Radial and its clinical partners eventually plan to study applications of neuromodulation and other brain medicine treatments beyond mental health, including neurological and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease.
Mindful Health Solutions brings 21 clinics and experience delivering TMS, Spravato and IV ketamine treatments across the Western U.S. since 2009.
The wider clinical network has participated in more than 368 peer-reviewed studies and research papers.
Radial said the clinical partners it supports treat hundreds of thousands of patients annually and have a patient NPS of 76.
Radial co-founder Owen Muir becomes Chief Scientific Officer, while Mindful Health Solutions Chief Medical Officer Tobias Marton becomes CMO of the entire Radial clinical network.
Mindful Health Solutions CEO Mark Kehoe will transition into an advisory role supporting integration.
