Radius Global Infrastructure has brought APWireless under the Radius Global Infrastructure name as the company unifies its global digital infrastructure investment operations under a single brand.
The organization manages more than 14,000 lease streams across 23 countries and invests in infrastructure supporting telecommunications, data networks, and digital connectivity.
Its investment activities span cell site and ground leases, network switches and exchanges, fiber aggregation points, Distributed Antenna Systems, data centers, and towers.
Radius said operating under one global identity better reflects the organization’s scale, capital resources, and broader role across the digital infrastructure ecosystem.
Since inception, the group has invested more than $3.4 billion in critical infrastructure assets.
The company works with property owners, network operators, TowerCos, and other infrastructure partners by providing capital solutions supported by local execution capabilities and sector expertise.
Demand for data, cloud computing, AI services, and mobile connectivity is increasing investment requirements across communications infrastructure. Radius said the unified platform positions it to deploy capital across multiple asset classes and geographic markets as networks become more complex.
Beginning October 28, APWireless offices and businesses worldwide will operate under the Radius Global Infrastructure identity.
The company said its ownership, leadership, and financial structure will remain unchanged, while existing clients and partners will continue working with their current teams.
