Radon Medical Imaging announced it has acquired Majestic Medical Solutions, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based provider of medical imaging equipment services and solutions, in a deal that closed in the fourth quarter of 2025. The transaction represents Radon’s fourth add-on acquisition and strengthens its position as a major regional medical imaging service provider while expanding its presence into Louisiana and Mississippi.
Founded in 2004, Majestic Medical Solutions specializes in asset management and equipment maintenance services for hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare facilities. The company is known for its customer-focused approach and strong relationships with healthcare clients, supported by a team of experienced field service technicians.
The acquisition aligns with Radon’s broader strategy to scale its service capabilities and geographic reach. Since partnering with 5th Century Partners in 2022, Radon has pursued an active acquisition strategy, growing from operations in five states to 26 states, tripling its revenue, and expanding its workforce to more than 220 employees, including over 135 field service technicians and engineers.
Radon provides full lifecycle support for medical imaging equipment, including acquisition, maintenance, repair, and replacement. Its offerings span major imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, PET-CT, and vascular X-ray systems, serving academic medical centers, large health systems, and other healthcare providers.
As part of the transaction, Majestic founder Jeff Sirk will join Radon’s leadership team and remain a key stakeholder, contributing to strategic direction and customer relationships.
Radon’s previous acquisitions include Premier Imaging Medical Systems in 2022, Tristate Biomedical Solutions in 2023, and Alpha Imaging in 2024. The company continues to pursue additional partnerships with service providers in the imaging equipment sector to further expand its capabilities and market reach.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. DLA Piper served as legal counsel to Radon, and Avante Capital Partners provided debt financing to support the acquisition.
