Raken announced it has expanded its board of directors by adding two technology executives, Ron Antevy and Robert E. Knowling Jr., as the construction management company looks to accelerate product innovation and broaden its field-first roadmap.
Antevy is known for leading e-Builder Inc. through a growth phase that culminated in its $500 million sale to Trimble in 2018, according to the company. After the acquisition, he launched Trimble Ventures, described as a $200 million corporate venture fund focused on investments aligned with Trimble’s mission, and he currently manages Antevy Capital. Raken also said Antevy has received industry recognition, including EY Entrepreneur Of The Year honors.
Knowling brings more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and technology, Raken said, including leading companies through high-growth periods and turnarounds. He is chairman of Eagles Landing Partners and serves on multiple boards, including Stride Inc., Rite Aid, Citrix Systems, and Stream Data Centers, the company said.
Raken said the appointments come as it continues to develop tools to streamline critical field workflows, including daily reporting, time and production tracking, scheduling, safety management, and RFIs, with an emphasis on improving real-time information flow between field teams and office staff.
