Rally announced it raised $8.8 million in funding to connect teams with their users more meaningfully. The $8.8 million funding round includes a recent Seed round led by Stage 2 Capital with participation from Y Combinator and TIA Ventures. This funding round will bring Rally to a broader audience and further its goal of connecting teams with their users.
Rally is a User Research CRM that provides teams with access to their user base to run and manage the end-to-end research process. UX researchers, product managers, and designers depend on makeshift systems with CRMs and spreadsheets, which creates inefficiencies. Rally removes the tedious manual work of participant recruitment, enabling teams to dedicate more time to meaningful User Research.
An effective research operations practice is the backbone of insights-driven organizations. However, there has been a lack of tools designed specifically for ReOps teams.
Rally’s User Research CRM is designed to be intuitive, simplifies the research process for everyone, and ensures teams can effortlessly connect with users. Rally is tailored to enterprises’ unique requirements, offering scalable solutions and seamless integrations with existing data warehouses and CRMs. And it maintains current user data for streamlined research and ensures safe User Research, complying with industry-standard regulations like SOC II and HIPAA to safeguard user data.
In the last two years, Rally’s founders, Oren Friedman and Alec Robins, have spent countless hours with customers to learn about their pains and needs. Rally’s product and engineering team is made of former Hubspot executives who are passionate about building scalable products that solve real user problems.
