Rally Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on business technology, announced that Liz Benz has joined the firm full-time as an Operating Partner. Benz, who previously served as a Rally Technology Partner, brings extensive experience in sales leadership, revenue strategy, and business development, most recently as Chief Sales Officer at Jamf.
In her new role, Benz will work closely with Rally’s portfolio companies to enhance go-to-market execution with an AI-native approach. She will also contribute to Rally Built, the firm’s company creation platform, which complements its core seed and Series A investment strategy.
Benz is recognized for driving significant growth at high-scale technology companies. During her tenure at Jamf, she helped scale annual recurring revenue from $70 million to more than $700 million while leading global sales strategy. She has also held leadership roles at Field Nation, Oracle, and Digital River, where she focused on business development, operational execution, and scaling revenue across expanding customer bases.
Rally Ventures continues to expand its leadership team, recently adding Ben Fried as Venture Partner and Luke Zaientz as Operating Partner. The firm is currently investing out of Rally Fund V, targeting companies in AI and machine learning, fintech, and cybersecurity.
