Randa Apparel & Accessories recently completed the acquisition of UNTUCKit, effectively merging the menswear brand’s distinctive direct-to-consumer model with Randa’s extensive capabilities in sourcing, retail partnerships, and global operational infrastructure. The financial specifics of this acquisition have not been publicly disclosed.
Founded in 2010, UNTUCKit has built a significant presence in e-commerce while maintaining over 70 retail locations across the United States. The New York-based company initially carved out its niche by offering men’s shirts specifically designed to be worn untucked, a concept that resonated with consumers seeking a more casual yet polished look. Since its inception, the brand has successfully expanded its product line to include a diverse range of men’s dress and casual apparel, catering to various style preferences.
Following the acquisition, UNTUCKit’s leadership team will remain in place and continue operating from the brand’s headquarters in New York City’s vibrant SoHo district. This retention of leadership aims to ensure the seamless continuation of UNTUCKit’s innovative approach to menswear while leveraging Randa’s extensive resources for further growth and development.
