RapidSOS announced a partnership with Jeremy Renner, who joins the company as both a partner and investor to support its mission of advancing emergency response systems and empowering first responders.
The collaboration is rooted in Renner’s personal experience with emergency services following a near-fatal accident in 2023, which inspired a deeper commitment to supporting frontline public safety and healthcare workers.
RapidSOS provides an AI-powered platform specifically designed for emergency response, integrating real-time data from a global network of more than 723 million connected devices into 911 and first-responder systems. The company’s HARMONY AI platform is currently used by over 23,500 public safety agencies and supports response efforts in more than 500,000 emergencies per day.
The partnership aims to raise awareness and expand the use of mission-critical technologies that improve situational awareness and response times during emergencies, where fragmented data systems can otherwise limit effectiveness.
As part of the initiative, Renner and RapidSOS will launch “Behind the Emergency,” a documentary exploring the realities of modern emergency response and the role of technology in saving lives. The film is scheduled to premiere on April 29, 2026.
