Raymond James Brings In $130 Million Financial Advisor

Raymond James’ California regional director for the firm’s employee advisor channel Raymond James & Associates (RJA ) John Simmons announced it has welcomed financial advisor Taimur “Tam” Baig to RJA in San Diego

Baig arrives from Morgan Stanley, where he managed about $130 million in client assets. and he leads Be Wealth Efficient of Raymond James and specializes in creating customized financial plans for clients, focusing on technology and biotechnology professionals.

Baig started his financial services career in 2009 as an advisor at Merrill Lynch. And he later spent five years at Wells Fargo and seven years at Morgan Stanley. Baig is an armed services veteran, previously serving in the Marine Corps and as an Air Force intelligence officer. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Hawaii Pacific University and a Master’s in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
