Raymond James announced it has added a six-advisor team in Wisconsin to Raymond James Financial Services, the firm’s independent advisor channel, as it continues to expand its footprint among independent practices.
The group, which managed approximately $730 million in client assets at its prior firm, joined from Commonwealth Financial Network and will operate as Financial Consulting Services, Inc., based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The team includes financial advisors Russell Olson, Christopher Lamal, Raymond Krusic, Ryan Spiering, Brian Craig, and Nicole Krusic.
Raymond James said the advisors provide holistic financial planning and guidance and focus on business owners, corporate executives, and retirees. The group is joined by branch operations manager Amanda Hanley and branch professional Renate Diedrick.
Olson, who began his financial services career in 1997, is joining Raymond James Financial Services after 13 years at his previous firm. Raymond James said he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College, a master’s degree in financial markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and the Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation.
Lamal is a CFP professional with 27 years in the financial services industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from the University of North Florida, according to the firm.
Raymond Krusic, Nicole Krusic’s father, has more than 35 years of experience in financial services and joined after six years with Commonwealth, Raymond James said. He earned a degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.
Spiering began his career in 2020 at Thrivent Investment and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Platteville.
Craig has more than 23 years of experience in financial services and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, along with the CFP designation.
Nicole Krusic graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a bachelor’s degree and later earned a Juris Doctor at the University of Law in London, England. Raymond James said she has three years of financial services industry experience.
Raymond James Financial Services said it supports independent financial advisors nationwide and is part of Raymond James Financial, which reported approximately $1.77 trillion in total client assets as of Dec. 31, 2025.
