Raymond James recently onboard financial advisor Melinda Johnston to the firm’s employee advisor channel Raymond James & Associates (RJA) in Fort Worth, Texas. Edward Sudzina, Western Gulf regional director for RJA, revealed this announcement.
Johnston arrives from Merrill Lynch, where she managed over $1.3 billion in client assets. And she is joined by practice manager Kristin Stanley, CRPCTM, investment portfolio associate Nick Olivarri and senior client service associate Judy Frank.
As M2J Wealth Management Group of Raymond James they serve business owners, corporate executives, family offices and individuals as a part of RJA’s Fort Worth branch, led by branch managers Cooper Mickle and Christopher Beavers.
With 40+ years of experience in the financial services industry, Johnston’s career began in 1984 at Prudential before transitioning to UBS Financial where she served for over 21 years. More recently, she served at Merrill Lynch for eight years. Her professional experience is backed by a degree from Texas Christian University.
