Raymond James Onboards $682 Million Firm Touchpoint Financial

Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) announced the addition of financial advisors Reed Thompson, David Erwin, John Pratti, John Nolan, Patrick Sheehan, and Jillian Feehan to its independent advisor channel, according to Ted Desautels, Northeast assistant divisional director for RJFS.

Operating as Touchpoint Financial Advisor Group in Woburn, Massachusetts, the team joins from Commonwealth Financial Network, where they collectively managed approximately $682 million in client assets.

The practice also includes client service manager Susan Nolan, branch operations coordinator Phyllis McGee, and client service associate Jennifer Rothwell. The group serves individuals, families, and business owners.

Thompson has 30 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Lawrence University, as well as the CFP, ChFC, and AIF designations. Erwin has worked in financial services since 1994, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting, and is a CFP. Pratti has 24 years of experience and is a Certified Retirement Counselor. John Nolan has served clients as a CFP professional since 2017 and holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Sheehan has been in financial services since 2022, with prior experience in teaching and coaching, and holds a master’s in mathematics from Western Governors University. Feehan has 14 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College.

Raymond James Financial manages approximately $1.77 trillion in client assets as of December 31, 2025.
