Raymond James Onboards $730 Million Wisconsin Advisor Team

Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) has added a six-advisor team in Green Bay, Wisconsin, bringing approximately $730 million in client assets to the firm’s independent advisor channel.

The group will operate as Financial Consulting Services, Inc. and joins RJFS from Commonwealth Financial Network. The team includes financial advisors Russell Olson, Christopher Lamal, Raymond Krusic, Ryan Spiering, Brian Craig and Nicole Krusic. They are joined by branch operations manager Amanda Hanley and branch professional Renate Diedrick.

RJFS Midwest division director David Sisemore said the hires expand the firm’s independent advisor footprint in the region. The advisors said their practice focuses on holistic financial planning and guidance for a range of clients, with an emphasis on business owners, corporate executives, and retirees.

Olson began his financial services career in 1997 and is joining RJFS after 13 years at his prior firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College, a master’s degree in financial markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and the Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation.

Lamal is a CFP professional with 27 years in the industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from the University of North Florida.

Raymond Krusic has more than 35 years of industry experience and is joining RJFS after six years with Commonwealth. He earned a degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.

Spiering began his career in 2020 at Thrivent Investment and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Craig has more than 23 years of industry experience, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and also holds the CFP designation.

Nicole Krusic graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree and later earned a Juris Doctor at the University of Law in London, England. She has three years of financial services industry experience.

RJFS said it supports independent financial advisors nationwide and reported total client assets of approximately $1.77 trillion as of Dec. 31, 2025.
