Raymond James is showcasing new artificial intelligence capabilities and technology enhancements at Elevate, its national conference for independent financial advisors, reflecting the firm’s commitment to delivering advisor-first technology designed to support service and enhance the client experience across all affiliations.

The centerpiece of the announcement is the launch of Client 360, a new portal within Client Center that brings together key client insights into a single view, surfacing relationship-level information including account details, recent activity, alerts, CRM interactions, and client milestones. Integrated with the firm’s Opportunities application, Client 360 has tripled engagement with the app since launch. The release also introduces a refreshed user experience across Client Center and RJ CRM, including updated design and customizable themes.

To support advisors in adopting AI tools and capabilities, Raymond James is launching RJ AI Academy as part of its Tech Savvy education program, debuting in May with virtual training and workshops focused on practical applications including AI prompting, agent productivity, Microsoft 365 integrations, and other Raymond James proprietary AI applications. Additional innovations on display at the conference include a concierge AI agent for operations support, an RJ CRM AI note assistant, Zoom AI meeting summaries integrated with RJ CRM, and Generative AI Search for the firm’s internal knowledge databases.

Raymond James is committed to ongoing advancements in AI as part of its $1.1 billion annual investment to empower financial professionals. Total client assets at the firm stand at $1.76 trillion.
