By Amit Chowdhry • Today at 8:18 AM

Raynmaker provides an AI-native autonomous sales platform for small and medium-sized businesses that handles the entire sales journey—from engaging inbound leads and qualifying them to booking appointments and taking payments—using a lifelike, brand-aware voice agent 24/7. Pulse 2.0 interviewed  Raynmaker co-founder and President Garth Fasano to learn more.

Garth Fasano’s Background

Garth Fasano

Could you tell me more about your background? Fasano said:

“I began my career in consulting with Deloitte and BCG, where I worked with Fortune 100 companies on building scalable sales and customer service systems. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how enterprise organizations align sales, marketing, and customer success. But I saw a gap: small and mid-sized businesses rarely had access to those same playbooks or technologies. After years of working in large-scale environments, I acquired a sales outsourcing firm supporting 100+ SMBs across the U.S. and Canada, and then expanded that platform into what is now Raynmaker.”

Formation Of The Company

How did the idea for Raynmaker come together? Fasano shared:

“Joe (our CEO) and I discussed the capability to democratize sales for the SMB segment (we did this while on a hike on North Table Mountain in Golden, Colorado in August 2022). We knew it had the potential to be a really big idea—even before the technology existed to fully power it. SMB owners spend heavily on marketing—yet often without a predictable way to convert leads into customers because they rely on manual process, disparate systems, and human centric actions. By combining proven sales processes with AI, we knew Raynmaker would have the capability to have a really meaningful impact on this sector – a huge part of the US economy.”

Favorite Memory

What has been your favorite memory working for the company so far? Fasano reflected:

“My favorite memory is seeing the real impact we’re having on our clients’ lives and the growth they can realize in their businesses. In one brand we significantly expanded this year, we’re delivering over $1.8M in LTV per month across ~20 locations—those are truly meaningful outcomes. Just as powerful are the personal moments: when a new client texts us to say they finally feel the unlock in their business and personal life because they’re no longer chained to their phone, juggling leads and new customers. That’s when you know the work is transformational.”

Core Products

What are Raynmaker’s core products and features? Fasano explained:

“Raynmaker is redefining sales for small and medium-sized businesses with an enterprise-grade, end-to-end autonomous platform. Powered by our proprietary RaynBrain™ sales insight engine, Raynmaker converts leads into customers by handling every step of the sales journey, from first contact to closed deal, with an AI agent that books appointments, takes payments, and answers questions 24/7, all in a lifelike, brand-aware, context-sensitive human voice. For SMBs, it’s like hiring a world-class sales team on demand.”

Evolution Of The Company’s Technology

How has the Raynmaker’s technology evolved since launching? Fasano noted:

“The first version of Raynmaker was powered purely by human hustle, what we consider stage one of sales intelligence. Think of it as reps doing reps, where the focus was on human-powered productivity and mastering the fundamentals. Today, we are in stage two, Assisted Execution, where smart tools support execution while humans remain in control. Looking ahead, our Q4 release will begin to introduce stage three, AI-Orchestrated and Human-Refined.  In this stage, AI runs the sales orchestra while humans act as expert conductors, stepping in for key solos and making sure the overall performance delivers the intended result.”

Significant Milestones

What have been some of the Raynmaker’s most significant milestones? Fasano cited:

“Some of the most important metrics to us are around the adoption of this technology with the end consumers. And our initial product is showing some really interesting results. First the hangup rate when a consumer realizes they are speaking with AI is under 10%, furthermore we are seeing many “hangups” call back in, then have an extended ~10 min conversation with our tools /AI to learn about the SMB’s services – this is incredibly validating for the future.”

Customer Success Stories

Can you share any specific customer success stories? Fasano highlighted:

“One of our multi-location owners texted me after a weekend away. He went to Game 5 of the Dodgers, flew to Vegas the next morning, and did not have to take a single call. His note to us was simple: it felt great, and we were still booking appointments while he was living life. During that window, Anytime Agent handled the inbound questions, gathered the details we needed, and put appointments on the calendar. The Raynmaker sales engine advanced qualified leads so nothing stalled. The win was revenue moving forward without him being glued to the phone, and getting some of his time back without the stress.”

Funding/Revenue

Are you able to discuss funding and/or revenue metrics? Fasano revealed:

“While we self-funded the initial development and proof of concept ideas for the company, we raised a $5M seed round in 2025 to accelerate our development in our platform and help us get to the AI orchestration level this year. Since launching our first version of the product we have gotten to $600k in ARR in less than 90 days with a pretty refined target market and no PLG/Product Led Growth/website sign up (all the sales are happening through our sales team still).”

Total Addressable Market (TAM)

What total addressable market (TAM) size is the company pursuing? Fasano assessed:

“It is just massive, there are 33+ million SMBs in the United States. A way to break it down a bit further and bring that down to Earth might be to look at the CRM market ($20B+ although they don’t typically serve this segment effectively.”

Differentiation From The Competition

What differentiates Raynmaker from its competition? Fasano affirmed:

“The AI landscape is getting pretty crowded and many of the solutions are focused at the enterprise level and don’t do a sale end-to-end. Our approach is to tackle first a part of the market that is typically underserviced and complete the entire sale process. While this may seem like a bigger hill to climb, there are a few reasons this is an interesting space and one of the big ones is that in enterprise, technology migration and adoption can really be slowed down by integrations and process, but for a SMB there aren’t many systems to integrate and new process can be rolled out really quickly, often in a few minutes or less amongst a small team. And rather than give people a different process to manage we are entirely taking one off their plate and freeing them up to do other work.”

Future Company Goals

What are some of the Raynmaker’s future goals? Fasano emphasized:

“Right now, our platform is helping small and mid-sized businesses convert more sales and gain clear visibility into the quality of their leads. Building on that foundation, we are focused on two major priorities:

Smarter Lead Investment – enabling businesses not only to convert more leads but also to buy the right leads in the first place and maximize every dollar of marketing spend.

Preparing for an AI-Driven Marketplace – as AI reshapes daily life, we anticipate a future where consumer agents communicate directly with business agents to compare options, gather details, and even make purchases. Raynmaker is building toward that world so SMBs can thrive in both human-to-AI and AI-to-AI engagement.

In short, our focus is on making sales more efficient today while preparing businesses for the next wave of transformation tomorrow.”

Additional Thoughts

Any other topics you would like to discuss? Fasano concluded:

“One of the biggest shifts on the horizon is the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Silver Wave. As ownership of small and mid-sized businesses transitions to a younger generation, priorities are changing. These new owners value their time differently, expect modern solutions, and are far more comfortable leveraging technology to run their businesses. Platforms like Raynmaker aren’t just about improving sales efficiency—they’re about giving this next generation of owners the tools to scale their companies while also improving their quality of life. That’s the future we’re building toward.”
