Realm Technologies Oy announced it has raised $4.5 million in a seed funding round to accelerate enterprise sales workflows through AI-driven automation.

The round was led by Frontline Ventures, with participation from HubSpot Ventures, as well as investors including Cal Henderson and Alex Bouaziz.

Realm’s platform is designed to bring structured context to revenue teams, enabling AI agents to automate critical sales materials such as RFP responses, security questionnaires, and business cases. The company aims to replicate the productivity gains seen in software development tools like Cursor and Claude Code by applying similar agent-driven workflows to enterprise sales.

The platform organizes fragmented data into a structured “context graph” that reflects a company’s products, market positioning, and sales strategy. This allows AI systems to generate high-quality outputs, with the majority of content reportedly requiring minimal edits. Over time, user feedback is incorporated into the system, creating a compounding knowledge base across the organization.

Realm integrates with tools such as Slack, CRM systems, and AI assistants, enabling teams to deploy its capabilities within existing workflows. The company said its approach addresses a key limitation in sales organizations, where critical deal insights are often dispersed across multiple systems and difficult to synthesize.

Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Helsinki, Realm plans to use the funding to expand its team and accelerate its entry into the U.S. market. The company’s customers include Visma, Aiven, and Hostaway.

KEY QUOTES:

“Tools like Cursor and Claude Code have fundamentally changed programming. Developers now manage fleets of agents, often running five to ten simultaneous tasks in different terminal windows. The best revenue teams are starting to replicate this approach, offloading RFP responses, security questionnaires, and other customer-facing materials to AI.”

“Our customers use Realm to draft their most important deliverables, from multi-million dollar bids to business cases that will make or break months of work. Typically, 70-80% of Realm’s work is approved as-is. Any edits feedback into Realm’s context, creating a compounding record that everyone in the organisation benefits from.”

Mikko Mäntylä, CEO And Co-Founder, Realm

“The GTM stack has been built to record and report on what has already happened. The emerging paradigm is tools that actually do the work, and Realm is building at the forefront of this shift. The team’s exceptional execution velocity and the rate at which customers are expanding usage convinced us Realm is the right team to back.”
