Move Inc., the operator of Realtor.com, has acquired Zenlist, a real estate technology company known for its collaborative search and productivity tools for agents and clients. This acquisition aims to enhance Realtor.com’s offerings by providing agents and industry partners with more insights and value, ultimately creating a more connected and transparent real estate marketplace.

Founded in 2016, Zenlist offers a mobile-first platform that simplifies communication and unifies the search experience for buyers and agents. It’s already utilized by over 35,000 agents, several MLSs, and brokerages, providing accurate listings and powerful collaboration tools without requiring significant investment from MLSs or brokers.

This acquisition represents another step in Realtor.com’s strategy to deliver a customer-first experience, empowering MLSs, equipping agents, and building consumer confidence throughout the home-buying journey. Zenlist employees will join the Move Inc./Realtor.com team. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
