REBA Names David Woolenberg As CEO After Revenue Nearly Doubles And Secures PSG Investment

Real Estate Business Analytics has appointed David Woolenberg as CEO following a year of record growth in which the multifamily housing data company’s revenue nearly doubled.

Co-founder Donald Davidoff will remain actively involved as Executive Chairman, with an increased focus on customers, prospective clients and broader industry engagement.

The leadership transition comes alongside an investment from growth equity firm PSG.

Existing investor Blueprint Equity and REBA co-founders Davidoff and Chris Brust will continue to participate meaningfully in the company.

PSG brings experience across software, real estate technology, fintech and AI and plans to provide operational resources as REBA continues scaling and developing new products.

Woolenberg previously served as CEO of hospitality revenue-management software company Duetto, where he helped expand the company’s global footprint and product portfolio before its acquisition by GrowthCurve Capital in 2024.

Earlier, he spent more than 15 years at Digital River in several senior leadership roles.

REBA positions itself as a data foundation for multifamily rental owners, investors and operators.

Its platform is designed to unify disconnected property information into a single source of truth, helping customers analyze portfolio performance and make operational decisions using consistent data.

PSG has backed more than 170 companies and facilitated more than 550 add-on acquisitions since its founding in 2014.

The combination of new capital and leadership is intended to accelerate REBA’s transformation from a multifamily data platform toward what the company and its investors envision as a broader AI-enabled system of action for property owners and operators.
