Rebel Audio Raises Series A At Approximately $50 Million Valuation

Rebel Audio closed a Series A financing led by creator media company HardScope at an approximately $50 million post-money valuation. The Series A targets a $10 million total close, with additional funding expected over a 90-day window.

The financing follows Rebel Audio’s oversubscribed $4.15 million seed round.

The company plans to use the new funding to expand its AI infrastructure, accelerate its product roadmap, attract additional creators, increase marketing, and support broader growth.

Rebel Audio is developing an end-to-end operating system for podcasters and creators.

The platform combines tools for recording, editing, publishing, translation, distribution, and monetization.

AI automates workflows that would otherwise require creators to use multiple products or hire larger production teams.

HardScope CEO and DraftKings co-founder Matt Kalish is joining Rebel Audio’s newly established board of directors.

The board also includes Ben Lurie, Jacob Dezarn, and Jonathan Schulman.

Mark Burnett and Mike Majlak are serving on Rebel Audio’s advisory board, with Majlak also serving as Chief Creator in Residence.

The Series A follows Rebel Audio’s move from stealth into public beta.
