Recruiter.com has completed the acquisition of Feenyx, an AI-powered hiring technology company providing skills assessments, interview intelligence, candidate verification and fraud detection.
The acquisition adds technology designed to help employers evaluate applicants based on demonstrated skills and performance rather than relying primarily on resumes and unstructured interviews.
Feenyx combines skills testing, asynchronous and live interviews, AI-assisted evaluation and authenticity checks, providing recruiters and hiring managers with additional data about candidate performance.
The company has supported more than 600,000 hours of candidate evaluations and has developed capabilities for assessing technical and professional skills while flagging suspicious behavior, potential fraud and AI use during interviews. Feenyx had previously raised $25.3 million in funding.
The combination brings Feenyx’s evaluation technology together with Recruiter.com’s network of specialized recruiters and talent services.
Feenyx will operate as Feenyx, a Recruiter.com Company, and its capabilities will be integrated into Recruiter.com’s products. Existing Feenyx customers will continue to receive support.
