RecVue, an AI-powered billing and revenue management platform for complex enterprise monetization, announced that it has completed the acquisition of AiVidens, a provider of cash management and collections technology. The transaction is designed to extend RecVue’s RevOS platform into a unified revenue-to-cash operating system that connects revenue processes directly to liquidity outcomes.

With this acquisition, RecVue aims to address a longstanding disconnect between revenue generation and cash realization. Enterprises often rely on fragmented systems across CRM, ERP, collections tools, and accounting platforms, which can lead to inefficiencies such as revenue leakage, delayed payments, audit risks, and poor working capital visibility. By integrating AiVidens’ capabilities, RecVue is positioning RevOS as a single system that unifies contract governance, billing, receivables, collections, revenue compliance, and revenue sharing.

The addition of AiVidens brings AI-driven receivables management and predictive payment intelligence into the RevOS platform. This is expected to help enterprises accelerate cash conversion, improve liquidity forecasting, reduce bad debt exposure, and enhance operational efficiency across finance teams. According to the company, the combined platform will enable CFOs to better manage both revenue accuracy and liquidity performance in increasingly complex business environments.

AiVidens’ technology has demonstrated measurable impact, including a 5-day average reduction in days sales outstanding and a 20 percent improvement in collections efficiency. Integrated into RecVue’s platform, these capabilities are intended to shift collections from reactive processes to predictive, data-driven operations at scale.

As part of the transaction, the AiVidens team will join RecVue, and the company will establish a new EMEA sales office in Brussels, Belgium to support its expanded international footprint.

RecVue said the acquisition reinforces its broader strategy to deliver a fully integrated, AI-powered revenue lifecycle platform that spans from quote to cash to close, enabling enterprises to transform monetization into predictable cash performance.

“This acquisition furthers our strategy to close the structural gap between revenue and cash. CFOs today are accountable not only for revenue accuracy, but for liquidity performance and working capital efficiency. With AiVidens, we are extending RevOS to connect commercial activity directly to cash realization. Enterprises face increasing complexity across billing, revenue recognition, and cash management. One of the critical challenges is turning complex revenue models into predictable liquidity. This acquisition strengthens our ability to help finance teams manage receivables with greater productivity, accelerate cash conversion, reduce bad debt exposure, optimize working capital, and deploy organizational resources more efficiently.”
