Red River has acquired Invictus, a national security services provider known for its cyber, intelligence, and enterprise modernization expertise, in a move that significantly strengthens Red River’s role across the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and federal civilian missions. Invictus will now operate as “Invictus, a Red River Company.”
The acquisition deepens Red River’s Government Technology Systems business unit by adding elite talent and advanced capabilities that support some of the government’s most sensitive programs. Invictus is the lead integrator for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s multiyear modernization of the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System, where it is focused on enhancing security, resilience, and global mission support across the infrastructure. The company also supports critical missions at MARFORCYBER, STRATCOM, INSCOM, and various federal organizations.
By joining Red River, Invictus gains access to a broader technical and delivery ecosystem, including expanded engineering resources, a secure federal supply chain, an OEM partner network, and full lifecycle delivery capabilities that span design, procurement, financial services, integration, implementation, and managed services. Red River said the deal allows both organizations to expand their mission alignment while maintaining the culture, leadership continuity, and customer commitments that define Invictus.
The acquisition also reflects Red River’s growing focus on AI-enabled modernization, cybersecurity, and national security transformation, areas where both companies have established long-standing reputations.
