Reduck has raised $3 million in pre-seed funding to build infrastructure that enables AI agents to interact with websites and software environments that do not offer APIs or agent-native integrations. The round was led by Daphni, with participation from Drysdale Ventures and Galion.exe.
The French-American startup is developing Reduck MCP, which allows AI agents to discover, run, and create browser automation scripts that function as tools. Instead of having an agent repeatedly interpret screenshots and navigate a website by clicking and typing through each step, Reduck enables agents to use scripts to interact directly with web interfaces.
Reduck said the approach makes agents an average of three times faster and cheaper across a range of tasks. Examples include downloading invoices from multiple vendors and conducting market research through LinkedIn. The company is targeting a broader problem facing AI agents: many consumer websites, enterprise portals, and internal business tools still do not provide programmatic or agent-native access.
The company was founded by Daniel Huynh, CEO; Louis Abraham, CTO; and Raphaël Millet, COO. Huynh and Millet previously co-founded Mithril Security, which was acquired by H Company. Mithril Security also launched LaVague, an open-source AI web agent. Abraham previously co-founded encryption company Secrecy and worked on biomedical machine learning research with Stanford before joining H Company, where he worked on AI agent research and production.
Following the financing, Reduck has grown to eight employees spanning AI engineering, full-stack development, and infrastructure.
Reduck currently offers more than 1,200 ready-to-run scripts covering more than 250 websites. The company is also developing an agent swarm designed to autonomously create and repair automation scripts at scale.
The new funding will support improvements to script reliability and expansion of Reduck’s automation library. The company is also developing a developer offering that will allow organizations to build custom agent systems connected to environments without APIs, including specialized insurance and healthcare portals and internal CRM systems.
Reduck is additionally exploring vertically integrated applications that use its automation infrastructure to perform specific categories of knowledge work, beginning with GEO.
