Reflow has launched a workforce and workflow intelligence platform to help enterprises understand how operational work occurs across people and systems, identify what to automate, and measure whether those automation efforts deliver ROI. Alongside the launch, the company said it has raised a $15 million plus seed round to accelerate product development and expand access to operational and AI automation intelligence for more customers.
As companies push to adopt AI, Reflow is positioning its platform to close what it describes as a persistent visibility gap in modern operations. Many organizations can measure outputs, the company argues, but lack clear insight into the work and workflows that produce those results. Without that visibility, decisions about optimization and automation can be driven by anecdote, instinct, or resource-intensive consulting engagements.
Reflow said its platform provides real-time visibility into how work is performed across people, systems, and processes without time tracking, self-reported data, or complex integrations. By turning operational work into structured data, the company said it enables organizations to understand capacity, pinpoint workflows best suited to automation, and track automation ROI over time.
The platform is designed for mid-market and enterprise organizations with large operational teams that perform high-volume, repeatable, computer-based work, including customer support, accounting, tax, legal, and compliance. Reflow said that limited process visibility can create operational risk by making it difficult for leaders to validate capacity, enforce standard operating procedures, identify automation opportunities, or determine whether prior automation initiatives delivered the intended outcomes.
Reflow is also emphasizing that it is designed for workflow insight rather than employee surveillance. The company said the platform is privacy-first and includes enterprise controls such as SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, configurable metadata collection, and flexible visibility settings, including options for aggregated or anonymized views and customer-defined boundaries around data use.
Reflow said early customers have used the platform to uncover hidden capacity, increase output, reduce unnecessary headcount, and prioritize high impact improvements backed by measurable ROI.
KEY QUOTES
“Reflow helped us understand the unit economics of our work and where to optimize across workflows, productivity, and cost. That clarity enabled smarter automation and more scalable operations.”
Robert Robles, Chief Of Staff, Boundless
“Reflow saved us $1.2m in just two months. It showed us bottlenecks and helped us prioritize the highest-impact improvements with measurable ROI.”
Rohan Powar, Finance, Analytics And Strategy Leader, Collective
“AI can’t improve what organizations don’t understand. Reflow gives leaders a clear, shared view of how work actually happens, so automation decisions are grounded in reality, not assumptions. In an AI-driven world, that visibility becomes essential infrastructure.”
